Management structure

In accordance with the Fund's Charter, the governing bodies of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) are:

• The EFSD Board of Governors is the Fund's highest governing body.
• The EFSD Board of Directors is the Fund's collegial governing body. The Board of Directors preliminarily approves the materials submitted for consideration by the Board of Governors.
• The EFSD Board is a permanent collegial executive body of the Fund, accountable to the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors.
• Managing Director of the EFSR.
• The EFSD is a full–fledged participant in the regional and global agenda.
