Improving water supply and sanitation in rural areas of the Osh region in the Kyrgyz Republic
On April 15, 2022, the Council of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) approved the conclusion on the preliminary application of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Improving the life quality of the population in rural settlements in the Kara-Suu and Uzgen districts of the Osh region by providing access to safe sources of drinking water and improving the quality of water supply and sanitation, leveling the economic development of the regions;
- Increasing the capacity of municipal service enterprises through the rehabilitation of repair and technical centers, the acquisition of special equipment, laboratory and IT equipment for the maintenance and operation of the water supply and sanitation system;
- Strengthening the institutional capacity of the water supply and sanitation system in rural settlements of the Kara-Suu and Uzgen districts of the Osh region.
